"The people where rude and never tried to make my order right, refused to give me a refund. It's better to order from anywhere else but here. The workers are rude for no reason and very negligent on orders. I asked for just chicken and rice and no beans but instead was given everything including beans, which I'm highly allergic. Get better smh"

"I used to love this place I always ordered the bowl to go. A spoon of chicken a lot of rice, little sauce, little sides. So Skimpy the food is sliding in the tray. Not like it used to be."

"One of the employees gave me the worst attitude and chucked my food towards me after I was as nice as can be and said thank you 3+ times while he was building my bowl. I was on my lunch break so brought it back with me to eat at my store and it was really good, but I will never come in again solely due to what happened as it was uncalled for - It was very busy, and I get that maybe he felt pressured to work quickly, but you take a deep breath and give your best customer service. I've worked in customer service for 15+ years. He shouldn't be on the front line. I was in utter shock. I should've just left without even getting/paying for my food after that. There were also no forks to grab whike leaving and the area with the drinks/utensils was very dirty."

"The bowls were literally 1/2 the size of bowls in other locations and they left out one of the toppings. We also ordered chips and queso and chips and salsa and we got the queso and salsa but missing the 2 orders of chips. Hen I complained I was given a Guac and chips (never ordered guac) and a salsa and chips to use next time! Unacceptable. Never going there again!"
