"Great restaurant! The food is delicious and the service is top tier. Rock shrimp was probably the best I’ve ever had, steak was cooked perfectly, the soup special was also probably the best chicken soup I’ve had in along time, lastly the cannoli was great perfect fresh shell! Yum!"
"Dune 18 is an excellent restaurant! Virginia and Marc make a great team. The food is fantastic and the atmosphere is very cozy. For those people complaining about the prices, not only do you get what you pay for but this is a small business that is very seasonal. If we want excellent, quality restaurant options on LBI we have to support these businesses which means supporting the pricing to help them survive and thrive."
"Food is excellent here and is owned by a really nice family. The price fix menu is a great option here. My parents come here almost every week and said the steak and ravioli are delicious. I got the cod rigatoni, it was delicious but I couldn’t finish the meal, and Mark the owner tried to comp the meal for us (thinking I didn’t enjoy it). We paid for the meal because it truly was delicious. Highly recommend!"
"Had dinner here last week for the first time and I loved it! Small but lively place. A medium sized but great menu. I had the pork chop and the wife had the bronzino, both excellent. The mussels and calimari aps were great. Can’t wait to go back. And they have a beautiful outside alleyway if you want dinner alfresco ! A must visit in Ship Bottom."
"I cannot recommend this establishment. They have more specials than menu items. It takes the waitress five minutes to read them. I think this is their "special" way of getting you to spend. Since they don't serve alcohol (except red & white dry wine) they have to make money somehow. The prices aren't disclosed except for the $74 steak which you can add a $25 lobster tail to bringing your surf & turf to $99. Needless to say we fell victim to a $20 flatbread appetizer and $52 scallop entree. The dessert menu was read to us, again, with no prices and we accumulated another $14 for a tiny dessert. See pics. The waitress Jess was nice , however, the water boy walked by our empty water glasses 10xs without noticing they were empty. It was only when we asked for a refill did we get one. The mashed potatoes tasted like instant ones from a box. The remainder of the food was good but not as extraordinary as their ability to conceal their prices."
