"I normally go lunch and dinner when I do go , 9 out of 10 times they forget sauce and even skimp on the fries like not even half way full , sometimes they are great most time horrible, 12/17 doing Xmas shopping, stopped for a 2 for 3 I wanted oj instead of coffee no said rudely only coffee, ok so fine just give me the standard 2 for 3 I know that fast food jobs stinks for some but why talk to all patrions like they are idiots, sarcasm and intense vitteral isn’t worth the food they give you, I do notice it's seem to only when the English language isn't there primary language, or when it's teenagers and the weekends. I don't understand why people don't realize when you work custom service the big part is being nice to the customer, especially when they are being nice to you , I called to complain and they where still rude as hell the ladie put down the phone asking a store manager do you want to talk to him I hear No!!! so it's wasn't just the employee"

"The female manager during the day is rude, abrasive, and not professional. I stopped going for about 8 months because of her and what do you know, I decide to go back and nothing changed. The employees below her need a better Manger that shows the good side of a Wendy’s location. I seldom rate places but this one was a must. Do better and let your customers feel liked when they walk in to spend their money."

"Breakfast was absolutely terrible. Raw English muffin after waiting over 5 min. Lunch and dinner are good here but never Wendy's Breakfast again."

"I asked for decaf coffee with my 4 for $4 meal. It took about 15 minutes to brew and my junior Frosty was forgotten. My fries were warm, not hot. I need to figure out how to order online so it's all put together at the same time."
