"My entire experience spanned roughly 48 hours from the initial hello to the delivery of my Cadillac. It was hands down the easiest, most seamless car purchase I have ever had. Stan was knowledgeable and easy to work with. He made the entire process move as rapidly as I needed it to, by having things ready in a timely fashion and being available (even via text) if I needed him for anything. I was shopping around the car I purchased and currently, at this moment I am still getting “follow up pricing” from salesman elsewhere that took a week+ to get back to me. When I said I was serious and ready to go, I meant it and Stan understood that and respected the fact that I did not have the luxury of wasting time. This is my 3rd Cadillac and I will absolutely be returning to this dealership for another despite it being 3+ hours from my home. Thank you Stan!"

"My most recent experience was terrible. I had a oil change 10 days ago on my 2017 xt5 without issue. I wanted them to evaluate why my power sun screen only went half way. They could not look at it then so they made me an appt a week later. I dropped the car off at 8:30 am and stayed until 10am hoping to hear what was wrong. They told me I would be called so I got a ride from my neighbor. No one ever called so I called them at 4:30pm a half hour before they closed. They didn't have time today to look at it according to the service rep but would keep it overnight and have it evaluated by 11am. This was not acceptable since I only have one car and have appts tomorrow. I again had a neighbor take me back to the dealership which I will no longer utilize since they didn't think my time or business was important enough to even call me."
