"Went here twice and each time it was bad. They have at least 5 employees working the drive through, and none working the lobby. If you come inside, you have to order through the kiosk because no employee will help you. The employees don’t bother to call out names or order numbers, and to top it off, leave the orders at the end of the counter closest to them, so customers have to reach over to grab their bag or drink. I almost couldn’t reach mine. They got attitude with someone who inquired about their app order (wasn’t ready), and I witnessed multiple people waiting 15-20 minutes for one cup of coffee. Food was decent at least."
