"I usually like coming here but I don’t think I can trust this establishment anymore. I didn’t check each donut diligently until I got home and found that not one but TWO of the donuts had a bite mark on it. I would’ve considered that maybe the bite on the cruller was just a random rip but when I turned over the red velvet donut, that’s when I discovered that bite mark as well. That’s so nefarious and loses a lot of trust from the consumer side. I’m never coming here or to any Dunkin again. Should’ve stopped at Wawa instead."

"Not sure why every time i go in the morning the coffee is diluted. Not sure if they’re rushing and not putting the full espresso shots inside the latte but I've been several times in the afternoon/evenings and my latte is just fine. Please fix this! We spend $5 on a coffee for it not to taste like milk."

"The rudest employees ever! They have either messed up the coffee or forgot a food item almost every single visit and I frequent there daily because of convenience. If you have a "mistake" and bring it their attention they ignore you and walk away . They have very poor customer service skills . I will never be going there again . Also there never seems to management anywhere on the premises."

"This is a really nice and quiet Dunkin. They have very friendly staff here and the food tastes like all the other Dunkins. The place can really use a face-lift though perhaps some new paint and a sweep up would help. But overall I'm proud to go in there to use the bathroom and get a coffee anytime I am in that part of town."
