"So let me start by saying that the person who took our order her name was Bella. She should be fired because she was a moron she didn’t know how to take an order correctly. When you say the atmosphere, you must mean the cleanliness of the place. Well there was no cleanliness of the place it was disgusting it was not clean at all. It looked like a truck-stop that’ll be right outside of Port Authority.. I ordered eight garlic Parmesan wings. I received eight boneless chicken with no flavor. My daughter ordered tenders, and she received five wings with. We don’t know what kind of sauce at all. Order was not correct at all. Our french fries were cold and felt like they won’t even cook and God forbid, they put some sort of seasoning on them . I really think the owners of that Wingstop should really go in there and do one of two things retrained your staff correctly or fire them all and start all over again. I would never ever step foot in that Wing-stop ever again, and I would never recommend them to anybody, even if you were starving, I still wouldn’t want you to go there even if this wing stop was the last place on earth to Eat I say starve you much better off."

"They just sold me some old, hard and dried out unseasoned chicken, some old overcooked but mushy unseasoned “Parmesan” fries. If that wasn’t bad enough, it was cold even though I picked it up right away. That’s how I knew this food had been sitting there for who knows how long. They had zero options for drinks other than diet and zero sugar. I threw it all in the trash because it was visibly old and dried out. $20 for garbage, never again!"

"First time trying WingStop and I was not disappointed. I ordered online and took advantage of the special, 20 boneless wings with up to 4 flavors as well as large seasoned fries. Order was ready on time. Boneless wings were large and had the right amount of seasoning/heat. Fries were also well seasoned. The only issue was the wing flavors were not marked on the containers so it was difficult to tell what you were trying. I would certainly order again though."
