"I placed my order prior to 12/5 for guaranteed Xmas delivery however I didn’t receive until 12/28. Singapore to Hawaii to LA and another 3-4 days to East Coast. Phone numbers don’t work, address is not right and their email support is blah. I will say that the quality of the two jerseys were really good. I’m surprised I received it especially after checking reviews after I ordered. Here’s a pic of a youth medium Vikings jersey. Stitched and fits my son well."

"I gave it 2 stars. I probably would've given them 5 stars, if it wasn't for their terrible customer service. They never tell you when they will ship your purchase, never told me that they did ship it. No tracking number was received when they shipped it. I sent a couple emails to them with no response back from them. Finally had to get my lawyer involved and the merchandise was received a week later. It took over a month to get the jersey. Once jersey was received it was really nice and worth the transaction price."

"I ordered a Jersey for my son for Christmas. When he tried it on on Christmas morning it was huge. I ordered a Youth Large but the neck was way bigger than it should have been. My husband pointed out the Motorola emblem on it was the wrong sponsor. No big deal I said I'll return it.... Boy was I wrong. After weeks of back and forth emailing they will not return the jersey. Mind you it's brand new with the tags. The kept emailing they wanted pictures of the jersey. Horrible customer service. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Don't order from here with the thought that you will just "return' it if it doesn't fit!!!!! They will not allow a return at Wipimart."

"Apparently THIS is the correct colors, and they won't refund my money. They offered 10% off my next order?! FOH..... Took my Jersey to a seamstress and she fixed it for $15.. Finally stoped arguing with customer service when they asked for even more pictures to prove the Jersey was the incorrect colors. Customer service told me it looked correct to them... WOW.. that's what I get from ordering from WIPIMART hahahaha, lesson learned!"

"I ordered a jersey from this website. After I had heard nothing for a few days, I started investigating a little further into the site. I started getting nervous after I read some of the reviews. I was even more nervous when I could not get a hold of anyone in their customer service department. Several days went by and I finally heard something. The responses were vague and I got more uncomfortable. I even started a dispute with my bank thinking I had been scammed. Customer service finally started reaching out and updating me. I finally received the jersey I ordered for my son. It was the right jersey it was the right size it was what I ordered for him. Moral of my experience is this. I should of researched the company a little more before ordering. I should not of assumed that just because I paid shipping, that it would be here on time. Things do happen. I would order from here again, however I do hope that they tighten up their customer service department and have faster, clearer and better customer service in the future. They did everything right with the exception of needing better communication. Can’t wait for my son to see his Luka jersey!"
