"UPDATE 2-2-24 I have avoided going here for a long time. It's so dang close to my job, it stinks that it's so bad! I did a mobile order. I gave my name. When I got to the window, the girl tried to not only give me the wrong order but charge me as well. Ok mistake. No biggie. Then I taste my latte for I paid more for extra caramel only to yet again NOT get the extra caramel. Done with this place. The pickup is confusing at this place. They have a mobile order pickup section but when you go there it isn't there. Then you ask them about it and they bring it to the order in store pickup section. Not very friendly either. Not a fan."

"Awful experience. I ended up being 15 minutes late for work cause I placed a mobile order online and had to retell them everything I ordered after they tried to charge me for someone else's order. The attitudes were horrible and the food was cold by the time it was handed out. Really bad way to start my day. I don't usually write reviews but this is my 5th time going to this dunkin and my order is usually always wrong. I give multiple chances for places cause no day is ever the same. But this is a really awful establishment. Today was my limit here."

"I always ordered the vanilla bean coolata but when I accidentally ordered a vanilla bean mocha coolata I discovered my new favorite. Vanilla bean tasted like melted vanilla ice cream was amazing but with mocha it’s almost like chocolate coffee I definitely recommend giving them a try!"

"I always get the wrong order at this location. Staff moves slower than a three toed sloth. Looks like the staff could use a cup of coffee themselves. Macchiato is always stirred and basically a cup of milk. Last time I went will be the last time I bother visiting. The girl did offer to add more espresso to my cup of milk so that was nice. But the wait for my initial order then waiting for it to be fixed was really long. Even though I was one of two people inside. It is clean inside so there is a positive note."

"I go to this Dunkin occasionally but every time I go I have a problem. Simple order of plain toasted bagel very little bit of butter. Everytime I get a huge amount of butter n not even melted."
