"My google pixel phone broke spent 3 hours calling trying to get a new ticket for them to send a replacement for the glitchy refurbished one they sent I have two representatives hung up the phone on me and not call me back and the situation is not resolved. Extremely poor service, not professional at all!!! Definitely do not recommend at find other companies that can provide you a better service I pay insurance for nothing apparently!!"
"My husband and I both purchased new iPhones near the beginning of the pandemic. We have always had Android phones. We picked them up curbside, as that was the procedure. We were hoping to get some help setting them up. That did not happen. I managed to get one set up after 4 days. My phone is disabled because I put in the wrong passcode too many times. Every one says it is easy to restore, I have not found it to be so. I would like to just return both phones and go back to the Androids."

"Complete rip off. Friend's laptop needed cleaning and some upgrades... They convinced her it wasn't worth fixing and talked her into paying over $700 for a new one, plus unnecessary upgrades and services. The older laptop has a high-end HP Envy with better specs than most of what they cell. I was allowed to keep it and fixed it myself for less than $120. I don't recommend anyone use Geek Squad services without someone with them who understands computers or they will smell you bleeding in the water like sharks."
