"The staff is so sweet here my pups get excited driving by this particular location and even more when pulling in! They remember how nice everyone is & the pup cups! I'll also add...not all stores are created equally. Another location just down the street the drinks taste very different & watered down. Grr. Here is a great staff, service & products!"

"They do not use their heating so it is unbearable. I went there to work and it was so cold people were in blankets and my fingers went numb I had to leave. I feel bad for the workers. One day it was 55 degrees outside and everyone was working outside because it was warmer than the inside… Im not sure if they do it to keep people from idling but i usually go and work and buy food and drinks everyday but i cant with the temperatures getting even colder. Also the parking lot is poorly marked and everyone drives the wrong way down one ways because it is so confusing. also there are only a few parking spaces"

"Coffee is fine. But dear God either order ahead of time or don't go there in a rush. No exaggeration took 10 minutes for 1 car to move in the drive through. 1 car. Took 25 min all together and there was only like 5 cars ahead of me. Hopefully it gets better."

"I was so happy to have a Starbucks open on my daily route to work but so far this has been a disappointment. My first trip I was charged for cream in my basic coffee. This week past week, I had an extra 15 minutes so I decided to go in and sit and enjoy a coffee and scone. I received my coffee immediately. After 10 minutes I had to ask about my scone. All they have to do is open the presealed package Walk in customers get totally ignored if there is anyone in the drive thru. I ended up leaving so I wasn't late for work. So much for a relaxing morning."

"10/15/23 9:36 am What a lovely morning start up. We were excited to check out the new location and were so happy to see the beautiful lobby and smiling busy staff. I can't say enough good things about our greeting and wait time. It's always amazing to watch the barista's hard at work making these intricate drinks. Handling not 1 but 2! Drive through lines and walk in customers on top of it - color me impressed. Best of luck to your new location you're all doing great! We live by the location off Chris Gaupp drive but we'll certainly be back to this location."
