"A real let down. I ordered a turkey sausage sandwich and the flavor was so bad I thought it might have been rotten. When I did finally get a chance to contact someone I was told I'd be contacted by the store manager. That never happened. This was the first of 2 bad experiences but not with the same store. It's one thing to learn of a customer's crummy experience and make it right but to learn of 2 and say steps will be taken in an effort to retain customer loyalty then disregard it? I spent a total of $24 during these 2 visits and out of it I got one bite of a rotten sandwich and a half full cup of coffee."

"This place should be shut down. It was bad in every way. Slow drive thru. Rude service. Burnt food. Wrong drinks. One of the sandwiches tasted like soap or chemicals. Donut tased like someone sprayed Lysol on it. Seriously, this place should be condemned."

"Im a customer alot here i have to say corporate u really Need to stop being CHEAP other dunkin donuts have big and small straws not letting this location get big straws is rediculous it shouldn't matter the cost because we all spend money here this is going to stop people coming i get a large coffee with a small straw Not cool"

"Gone to this place for years just to support the smithville town square businesses. They constantly get orders wrong. But they very nice and professional. Until this last time I go there and they take my money give me half an order and I'm sitting there waiting for the rest of my order the server ask what I'm still doing there. You just took my order you were happy to charge me for it. And the server gets defensive when I tell them what I'm waiting for. I am done with this place. I'll take my money elsewhere. My only hope is that this place continues to preform like it always has, loses too much money, and closes. Maybe we can get a better company in the smithville square."

"This Dunkin stinks anymore. I use to go out of my way to come down here because I was able to get in and out of here in a jiffy. Not anymore! I mobile order every time to try and avoid the line and give it a good 15 minutes after I ordered to pick it up and everytime I go in, an empty cup with my name on it is sitting on the counter and they are just starting to make my order. What’s even the point of mobile ordering? Mind you, half the time there are no other customers there and my order still isn’t ready! I don’t understand. Out of the two employees I see in there, one looks clueless and the other has a poor attitude. Today I ordered the new breakfast tacos and a bagel with cream cheese, the food was cold and the cheese on the tacos was not even melted. Breakfast tacos - “Scrambled eggs, fire roasted corn, white cheddar cheese, jalapeno, cilantro and spices served in a warm flour tortilla with a drizzle of lime crema.” I believe that is what was supposed to be in the tacos but all that was in mine was cold cheese and corn. Also, they could have tried harder with spreading out the cream cheese on my bagel."
