"Cuisine on the Green is an upscale cafeteria with table service. It is part of Ocean County's culinary arts program. The menu changes. I had a crab cake sandwich. It was made with cheese that destroyed the delicate flavor of the crab, and the Texas toast was too thick and thus overwhelming. However, the fresh made chips were fine. My friend had chicken "bowl" with salmon substituted, and she liked it. Service was attentive."
"Hosted my daughter’s wedding here. It was amazing. I have always liked the food here. However, they really made my daughter’s wedding a special and intimate occasion. My daughter wanted to have salmon as one of her main dishes to be honest I wasn’t so sure that was a good idea with all the people coming to the wedding. Every piece of salmon was cooked to perfection. This really impressed me! I am picky. They really went out make sure the event was special."
