We explained our problem, sent them some pictures and Ryan actually called back the next day. We received an estimate we thought was fair. We agreed and scheduled a time for the project to start. Richard and Joe showed up on time. We looked at the job, they helped us with options and alternatives which worked better than the original plans. Their professionalism and knowledge made this smoother than anticipated. I had to coordinate with them to finish the flooring and to repair the neat holes they made in the wall.
