"I ordered one of their donuts without sprinkles and a croissant egg sandwich. The donut had sprinkles and I had to remind them I was waiting for it, poor customer service no discussion just handed me one...no apology very unprofessional. The croissant was burnt. Not returning there."

"This is uncharacteristic, but its ridiculous! We always say we're done coming here..but this time did it.. waited 20 mins waiting for two drinks and a wrap. Mobile ordered had drive thru pickup but the line was out in the road, so went in. All the workers just stare at you waiting at the mobile order pickup spot. I totally understand being busy, but if there's time for you to stand and joke with each other, there's time to see who's waiting on what. I let the worker at the register know I had mobile and came in and he did let the food worker know, but then 10 mins passed before anyone, I'm assuming manager, to actually ask what's going on..here, the 2 drink have been sitting there....for 20 mins..our drink were watered down..cold foam was gone..it was already a 20 min wait, we were not going to wait another 20 mins for it to be fixed so we left...just go to WAWA. Don't even think twice about it. Your order won't sit and there's a chance they'll do it right the first time."
