My usual contractor is NJ Home Services but they failed to resolve the problem in 2 visits. James had a great can-do attitude unlike the NJ Home Services technician who did not like working in a hot attic. I will switch to Air Tech for all future HVAC needs."

"Have used them for several years to service heating & air conditioning system and install air filtration system. Work was completed and pricing was fair. Recently asked them to connect a supplied floor thermostat. Tech was here less than 15 minutes. Charged $120 to show up and additional $90 for 1/2 hour labor for $210. Have no problem paying one of the charges but not both. Beware that the first hour for any work they do will be $300. I'm sure they will try to explain this away but I guess it is worth losing a customer over."
