"I pull up to the order station. I see only one car at the delivery window with an employee talking to the driver. After about 30 seconds at the order station she asks,"one moment please". I wait about 3 and a half minutes. No cars behind me. No cars in the parking lot. Still the same car in the delivery window with the employee at the window talking to the driver. I leave. Good help is hard to find."
"horrible customer service. took 5 minutes to take our order. i ordered avocado toast and the lady asked if we wanted bacon on the avocado toast and we specifically said no, as i am allergic to pork. After 5 more minutes at the window, we were given our order and my avocado toast had bacon on it. I was appalled."
