"This place needs to get it together. First off I paid with a $100 bill. Either you take them or you don’t. The girl at the drive through held it up to the light and walked around with it like she was bird watching. Then proceed to get opinions from everyone if it was real! So inappropriate. After someone else told her it was real she proceeded to hand me my food which came with only 1 mini bagel. I ordered an order of mini bagels (which comes with 2), a regular tea ( which they only had hibiscus, decaf, or green) so I settled for hibiscus and loaded hash browns. It’s Monday morning, rush hour, and this place just doesn’t have qualified employees running the place! And this is just one of many horrible experiences I had at this location."

"The amount of money I spend every week (and even when the order is horrible) and the disrespect from the staff is completely worth my time today! I processed to order and of course no bacon so just my ice coffee please! Now mind no one in the store and 1 car behind. Order taking super long so I proceeded to yell Excuse me Excuse me it’s just an ice coffee! Worker I believe name tag said Butterpeacan yells and says” They making it” 10 seconds later this chic forceful hands me my drink and walks away! Yes I did throw my cup on the ground and she comes back and closes the window on me! Knock knock knock Manager please I want my money back knock knock money back please! Manger finally comes to window apologizing for her coworker! Gives me my money back and continues to apologize! Service is absolutely horrible for someone who spends that kind of money and visits every week and lives in the area! So disappointed! I am a coffee drinker who will never go back there!"

"Usually I don't ever have an issue with this store but today I order 2 strawberry coolattas (can't spell) and he hands me 2 warm strawberry drinks not a ice chip to be found anywhere. Then he proceeds to argue with me telling me they are frozen. These drinks were warm to the touch. I ask for a refund he tells me I gotta come back tomorrow for his manager. Now I am waiting over 10 mins for him to remake these drinks. I will be back to speak to the manager"

"The first time I came, a lady took my order with kind and amazing customer service. The second time, it was a guy, and he was rude and rushing. He asks if I want it to donate starting at $1 and up. I say I’ll do $1. He goes and asks me "Just $1". If you want more, why doesn’t he donate his paycheck? Than I get to the window, mind you, my order was -1 Chorizo and Egg Wrap -1 Black pepper sandwich -1small caramel ice coffee They told me to park and they would bring my order. After 30 minutes, they came with just my food and asked for my drink, and the lady acted like I was crazy. I had to wait longer for my drink. All the cars behind me got their orders and didn’t have to wait."
