Duck Donuts

"Went in middle of the day on a Saturday. Staff had no idea the coffee was empty and had trouble ringing up the 'free' coffee when you order a dozen. They told another customer his order would be ready in 15 minutes because they needed to make more batter, he said he had placed his order 25 minutes ago. Staff behind the counter didn't seem to have any sense of urgency or customer skills in handling the situation. Out of the 3 staff I could see there, only one was working like time was an important factor. The other two were just passing time to get paid. Needless to say, I cancelled my order and went to the cake store nextdoor, I recommend that place."

"The dozen was 22.75 and less than 25 with tax. We got Maple Bacon, S’mores, Cinnamon Bun, Oreo, Sunrise, Blue berry and another flavor. I love blueberry and sunrise the most but maple bacon is good every time. The donuts are so warm and fresh as well as soft."

"This was my first visit. I thought I’d be overwhelmed with the ordering process but it was very simple. There were menus with all the choices as soon as I entered so I had time to decide before making my way to the counter. Sarah took my order and was very friendly. I grabbed a cup of coffee for my spouse, however, I was disappointed that decaf was not an option. There was a gentleman that passed me my donuts without a smile or acknowledgement of eye contact. Thankfully, Sarah made up for the both of them. The donuts were hot, fresh, & delicious. I will return and recommend. If you only try one donut make it the maple bacon one!"

"I visited the store around 930am. The donuts were hot n fresh. It just did not meet my expectations, the donut was too hot and the topping basically melted off. The young girl was rushing, and honestly we were the only ones in the store there was not need to hurry us out. I would have waited until the donuts were at a cooler temp. Anyways, the store was also dirty, the toppings station look, mini fridge, back of the frier. Friendly staff"

"We love duck donuts! We come here often and we enjoy every single donut. The customer service is also very very good! Every time you go in there they greet you with a smile and the scent of fresh donuts! We are even considering them to cater donuts for our wedding!!!"
