"My review is for the Food manager Jason. Tonight I came in and ordered two sandwiches and fries. It was pretty crowded and the food took a little while but no big deal. Unfortunately when I got home my girlfriend and I noticed that both sandwiches were wrong. I went back to the store very frustrated but Jason noticed me right away as I walked in and I told him the dilemma and they way he put me at ease and without any delay simply made two new sandwiches and even provided fresh fries for me. I know this was a simple thing but I want y’all to know that this Wawa in Berlin cares about service and its customers and I want to thank Jason for his service tonight!"
"It appears that this store is very well managed. The lines from the food Service through the store to the cashier seem to move very smoothly. The staff seemed to be competent. I noticed that the cashiers in this store are very polite. They always have a greeting and always say thank you at the completion of the sale. The store itself appears to be clean and hygienic except when there is really bad weather out which has to be excused. The store is always very well stocked and I rarely see an empty shelf. All of the salads and refrigerated items are dated. I feel very confident shopping here."
"Cross contamination. Deli worker didn't change gloves or use clean utensils. That's avocado spread from another order on my Buffalo chicken sandwich. Shut it down and hire a new staff."
