"The drive thru line is always long and takes over 15-20 minutes at times. The entire staff is backwards at this place. Management needs to step in."

"Me and a co-worker walked in and were greeted with stares from the staff. No one was in line or seating area but they were fully staffed. Went to the counter and nobody came to take our order, I went to restroom and came back and my co-worker still had not been served. I said hello to the closest worker and everyone looked over and smiled but still not one person said can I help you or anything. I was waiting for someone to yell out that we were not wanted in their store. I did drive by a establishment not far from here which says no colors. We just wanted some coffee"

"If I could give a negative stars I would. Dunkin in this area has gone down. This one wasn't so bad but it's only getting worse. Had 5 cars in front of me in Drive thru, they still didn't have my bagel with cream cheese ready when I got to window, had to wait out front for 5 mins( probably because they never even started to make it) and then I get home to find...half smashed bagel, cream cheese not spread,bagel not toasted... I'm just done with dunkin 100%"
