"Pulled up to the drive-thru and waited a few minutes, no one even acknowledged that was there, no one said anything, no other car is online, this place should just shut down so a restaurant that cares about their customers can come in. Too bad you can't give zero stars or negative stars."

"Very bad experience with customers service lady 's behavior was very nasty. She was yelling while taking orders I was very uncomfortable in front of my child. I don't know how they get trained or if owner doesn't care about his/her business."

"Ordered in the drive through and were told they didn’t have any onion rings made and to pull around and wait. After 20 mins went inside. They couldn’t find the order slip. The. Proceeded to give me a loaded whopper when we special ordered plain. (My son won’t eat it with everything on it) 25 mins to wait for burger king. Staff was nice especially the female but there were only three people working"

"This place was nasty and the customer service was horrible. I pulled up to the drive-through and I said hello and she yelled one second so we went inside and their attitude completely changed but they were still rude. And their ice machine hasn’t been working for an entire month so just be mindful that if you want to drink from this place, it will be hot."

"Giving this place even one star is far too generous. This BK in Medford is the worst fast food place I have ever been in. They had great difficulty even taking my order, no ice for my soda, water dripping down onto the table next to us, it took over 25min to receive my eat in order which they gave me in a to go bag, they gave us all the wrong food, the burgers looked as though the components were drawn from the garbage, they took my receipt and didn't return it to me and were extremely rude. Closing this location will be a great service to the community"
