"dis cashier gurr was sooo rude like i ordered two bobaa and i said do you guys have popping bubble she said yes and said brown sugar in like a isnt that obvious way,, like girl u obviously have no clue what popping bubbles are. how u work at a boba place and dunno what popping bubbles are so then she said u want tapioca i said no i want sago and she went ahead and put tapioca in one of my drinks and i literally said no tapioca ok and then i told her i didn't order this and then she was all like you did and then was like "if you didnt want any toppings then dont say anything." umm??? girl what the hell and the drinks werent even that good to have such a irritating employee so"

"Nice place. Staff seemed pleasant. I walked in and asked if they sell real fruit “SMOOTHIES”. Shorter Hispanic gentleman and 2 other staff members said definitely. No powder. Great. I ordered a mango SMOOTHIE but received a mango sherbert. I politely asked if I could get my proper order. The gentleman condescendingly said “I asked you two times of it was sherbert”. I walked in and first thing out of my mouth was SMOOTHIE. Why would I bring up a sherbert. What is that anyway!? He refused to do order right never gave me my money or product."

"I was there on 07/23/2023 around 6:00 PM and the three people working there demonstrated extremely poor service. The girl taking orders gave me attitude when I asked a simple question and looked extremely impatient. Additionally, my drink took about 20 minutes to make. I understand that it’s busy in this location since it’s close to the boardwalk, and they had a lot of customers at the time I was there, but the people behind the counter were not focused at all. The girl and the two guys were all goofing around, laughing, and taking their sweet time to prepare everyone’s drinks. Not to mention they were doing it in plain sight and the customers waiting for their orders looked visibly annoyed at them but nobody spoke up. Lastly, when the girl switched with one of the guys at the register, he seemed unfocused on taking orders and was texting on his phone. This is unacceptable. You need to either re-train your employees or get new ones. You will lose a lot of money and it’s a shame considering how much business your location gets."

"Beautiful new store at Pier Village, very elegant inside. Got two tables and few more chairs. Very relaxing to sit inside or outside and have a drink. They have a long list of drinks, variety includes fruit tea, smoothies, sparkling, and couple of snack items. Their bubbles/boba are soft, goes really well with the drinks. I tried the popular, colorful fruit tea. Very refreshing, delicious drink with small chunks of different fruits."

"The boba was so delicious. I love the strawberry green tea with boba, it’s a must have! The environment and interior was very nice and the workers are very friendly. Definitely will come back again."
