"I feel a bit petty writing this, but the response I received and quality of product warrant it. I ordered a large salted caramel cold brew. $5.19. Fine, at the beach. I’m not sure why, but despite being very sweet, the overall note was one of extremely bitter coffee. Like it was brewed a long time ago and sat on a burner. I politely asked for it to be remade with something fresh, like an iced latte with fresh espresso over ice and milk. I was told I would need to pay. There were no other customers in the store, no one in line. Remaking what I requested wouldn’t have cost more than $.75 and would have saved this location a negative review. I’m not sure if there was a language barrier; I’ll offer the benefit of the doubt and acknowledge it’s possible. But I spoke slowly and clearly and was told I’d have to pay."
"They are horrible, there is NEVER a real manager in there. From the young Indian girl to ALL the new young girls they are rude, disgusting & DONT like to give you, your things the way YOU like, order or pay for them. Sadly this is the ONLY dunkin that I pass going to my job...but please send a real manager in there for once! It's a mess in there! Customers should always get what they want how they want that's the point of coming to get it & ordering it. They always have smart remarks to say or like to talk about you loudly in front of other customers while doing there job while STILL taking forever, it's ridiculous."
"The sign on door says closes at 8pm I have gone multiple times after work to bring coffee and treats home. They always close early. I even call earlier in the day to make sure they will be open, I'm always assured that they will be. last week I got there 6:20 and they had already locked the doors. There is lack of supervision in the evening so the kids close when they want. Not even going to attempt to go here anymore . The morning is on point just not the night crew"
"Ordered a peach passion fruit refresher literally got 1 Oz of liquid rest ice and water cause u can't even taste the peach passion fruit. Coffee was fine I never go to this store and won't again will continue to go to the one on Joline in the plaza get mines everyday no issue's."
"Be careful shopping here crime is high and people are getting robbed as the leave the. This guy has robbed one person and is wanted by the police. The staff does not care and will not help in anyway."
