"So this afternoon my sister & I wanted some brunch, we always try to stay local & this was only my 2nd time here. The first time was great our service was amazing very nice & attentive, it was a young gentleman about in his 20s tall with dark hair highly recommend him if you ever go. MY ORDER- the Sylvester Breakfast meal with 2 eggs 2 pancakes 2 bacon 2 sausage & a side of strawberries… 1st issue… our food took at least 45 minutes to come out, no problem they weren’t busy in my opinion. However I asked for my eggs over med … when I cut into my egg it was raw & uncooked. I asked my server to remove the entire meal from our bill because I barely touched my food. She never sent a manager over I had to flag the manager down … 2nd issue .. once I spoke with the manager she tried to argue with me that my eggs were over medium & there are soo many ways to cook over medium eggs …. Not to mention onion chunks at the bottom of the strawberry bowl… Sever never came back to the table & I’ll never be back a Geets sorry not sorry 2/5"

"I went to Geets Diner years ago and partied with coworkers. They closed for remodeling and reopened. I decided to stop in years later and was happy I did. The service was e excellent. Waitress & waiters were pleasant & friendly. The food was great. Got breakfast, dinner a different day. All were exceptional."
"This is my go-to place when I'm out and looking for somewhere to eat. You can never go wrong on the chefs dinner items. Kayla is a really great server who is attentive and knowledgeable with the items on the menu and will never steer you wrong with her recommendation."
"And my family and I always love a good diner! This is our first time visiting Geets. They had a very nice selection of food. My husband got chicken Parm that was that was huge and delicious! Same thing for my daughters fettuccine Alfredo. There is enough for several meals. My son got a breakfast sandwich which I swear was as big as his head, L O L! He thoroughly enjoyed it. I got the Yankee pot roast special. It was super delicious and one of the sides that came with it was a potato pancake. For my other side I picked pickled beets. The waitress was very honest with me and she stated that the pickled beets were very good but she wasn’t a fan of the potato pancake but she wanted to know what I thought about it. When it came out it looked like no other potato pancake that I ever saw. It was more like a whole potato! It was mashed up potatoes reformed into a potato shape and I guess cooked somehow because it had a brownish crust on it. After I tasted it I knew what she meant. It was blend on its own but I had no problem adding salt pepper and butter to it and it was just fine. I let her know that and I appreciated her honesty. She was a very nice waitress and we had a nice rapport for the duration of our visit. Yes the potato pancake is not traditional but it was still very generous and tasty once I “jazzed it up”. Nothing wrong with that. That way everyone can season it to their preference. My family and I enjoyed our meal there very much and we would definitely come again. The only thing that we were a little disappointing was the soup. It was cream of chicken soup but it was very thin and didn’t have much flavor. Mine had a generous amount of chicken in it but even the chicken really didn’t have much flavor. This does not change How I think about the restaurant though. In addition, the restaurant itself was very neat as a pin and clean. If you get a chance, please stop in… You won’t be disappointed!"
