They were beyond helpful, sent me a return shipping label for the damaged item and sent me a replacement item immediately. They were helpful, kind, understanding, and an absolute pleasure. "I’ve been a loyal customer at house of lucky for as long as they have been open. I absolutely love their aesthetic and their shop is one of the most carefully curated shops I’ve ever been to. Always an excellent selection for women’s clothing, gifts and jewelry. Some of the styles air on the younger side (teenage years) but I typically find plenty appropriate for 20-30s as well."
