"Rude staff. Got there to pick up my online order on friday night and was ignored for 15 minutes. Then everyone that came after me was greeted. I had to go to the window again and get their attention to ask if my online order was ready and it was. So I sat an extra 20 min when my food was done the whole time. Their soda machine is down which isn't a huge deal but I paid for a 20oz drink and the drinks they have are 12oz so it's a ripoff. Our food was so cold by the time we got home and not only that, we open the bag and i ordered 5 piece chicken tenders and there was only 2 in the box and they didnt put in the ranch i ordered (and i paid almost $5 for the large ranch). I had to drive all the way back. It was a disaster. I understand being behind but they should still be greeting people."

"Don’t waste your time. Drive the extra few miles to go to the Wingstop on Cottman Ave. Not only is the employee’s extremely rude, they are unable to get your order right. The soda machine has been out of order for months, and for some odd reason management doesn’t seem to think that it’s important enough to have fixed. I ordered the 10 piece garlic par wings I was given 9 regular plain dry wings, the fries had no seasoning on them, when I ordered the regular amount of seasoning."

"I was excited when this place opened cause I do live across the street and love wings but the longer this place is there the worse it gets time after time I’ve given more chances to this place thinking maybe they had an off day but the last couple times I went it it has just full turned me off to start the last chicken sandwich I got was completely uncooked when I bit into it like just top layer cook whole inside pink and raw this made me sick to my stomach and swore this place off for months but last week decided to give it another try I went in and waited about 10 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge my existence even though there was a couple employees standing on their phones while others worked besides that I was waiting on some fries which is fine but one of the employees asked if anyone wants some of the chicken they just pulled from the fryer and two other employees proceeded to put their hand in grab one and eat it then go back to preparing my food and other all without having gloves on this made me sick because I know most of these employees touch a variety of things including their phones etc without washing hands and wearing gloves then I proceeded to go home and eat my wings when I opened the box I noticed just about every single wing was tiny 3 could have counted as a single wing which is weird to me because the employees were eating decent size wings with their bare hands when we were their it’s a shame cause this place has potential but the employees really just can’t run a store here"

"My favorite Wing stop, no matter where I am at in the city. I will travel to this location, Tenders are soooooooo good, super crispy and HOT, the location is always clean, the staff is hard working honestly the best location in the city."

"Customer service needs improvement. The fries were so hard my kids refused to eat them and I purchased two large size but got a basket not even half way filled. Update I order today again 8/26/23. Customers service is still hasn’t improved and my boneless wings were so small like they gave me the bottom of the bag. I’m convinced all stores are just as bad as the next one. They all take 45 to a hour to prep the fast food!"
