"The gentleman at the window is rude. He doesn’t say good morning or thank you. I go there after my workouts for the coffee. Today he questioned a bill with a cutoff corner I paid with. He just looked at me with the bill and gave me a mean look. I asked him confused what he needed. Just kept shaking the bill until I figured out what he meant. Sadly, that’s what I had. I told him he could take it or leave it. He yelled , “ Give me!”. Over a dollar bill! They need to put this grouchy man in the back of the kitchen! Will follow-up with a call to his manager. Will never stop by there again."

"This used to be my favorite dunkin but lately they started adding a lot more ice to the ice coffees it’s like 90% ice now for $4 you would think you would get more than 3 sips of coffee in a medium"
"Awful experience. For a consistent three times this month I have gone to get a coffee at 9pm before my night shift. The open sign is lit up as well as the hours clearly state it closes at 10. The workers always lock up early and laugh at me as I go to open the door. The disrespect is unreal."
