Dunkin'

"The 148 Main St. location in Eatontown, NJ is the best one I have been to so far. Liz the manager, and Brittany the assistant manager, hold it down nicely in the mornings and are consistently nice, helpful and professional. The staff in the mornings and evenings alike are all nice people and helpful. Justin is the coolest and most helpful dude who manages the night crew. Coffee is good, food ain't bad either and they have never gotten my order wrong :)"

"I have been going to this dunkin for years now. A few months ago one of the employees gave me coffee instead of tea. So I had to go back around the drive through. While waiting in line a customer hit the back of my car. Granted it wasn't dunkins fault for someone hitting me. But it would not have happened if they got my order right the first time! Someone associated with that location told me they would offer me one hour of pay for the 2 hours of work I had to miss due to essentially their negligence. No one sent me anything, I go to this dunkin because it's the closest to my house. They have literally messed up my order SO many times. There was one very sweet woman who was typically in the drive through in the mornings, I saw her most mornings. Everytime she isn't there my order is messed up. So many of the employees are just miserable and are rude. The last few times I get attitude for essentially just placing an order so it seemed. I'm so done and I will never go to this location ever again! I guess my hard earned money means nothing to them and they feel as if they are doing me a favor by making my latte. I will just drive to the west long branch location from now on!!! Or literally any other location besides the eatontown dunkin!"

"Coffees always good and the staff is really kind to my two dogs (I use drive thru and even then, they make a fuss) - vibes are great so I keep going back."

"I had a large gathering and whoever the manager in the morning who was on made everything miserable and destroyed my entire order, and with deplorable attitude basically said there was nothing she could do about it. It was right because she said it was right, but it was 100% wrong. So disappointed in Americas finest."
