"The workers were douchy and I tipped. I had asked about a online order for a co-worker and this lady said i don't know what you're talking about and walked away. It I think it's because I'm not white but it's cool I won't go back"
"Over the past few weeks, I have been ordering my drink and every time something was wrong with the drink. When I went into the store and met the barista, Fefe, and told her that my drink was wrong, she apologized to me, took care of me, and made the drink again without hesitation. I just want to share that she has a good attitude and I liked her accent. I wanted to share this with you as I feel that businesses thrive off of all feedback - both good and bad."
"I pulled up to order and sat there. I waited and waited and nothing. I eventually pulled up to the window and explained that nobody took my order. There was a piece of paper on the screen that was all wet I could not read. I assumed it wasn't working. That's why I drove up to the window. The girl who helped me was kind, but overwhelmed. She asked her manager for help and the manager "Perla" was not only rude to her but nasty to me. The manager began slamming on the register aggressively and telling the girl "she this and she that" referring to me. I told her there was no need to be rude and asked for her name which she refused to give. She walked away leaving her helpless employee there. The employee was nice enough to give me the managers name and apologized. I didn't eat my order or drink my coffee as I could see clearly that my drink was spit in. I left and decided I'd share my disturbing experience here. If Perla is the actual name of the manager I can say this. She is rude to her customers, rude to her staff and if she is in a bad mood don't eat or drink your order."
"I really do like going to Starbucks although I know all their food is frozen but it's not too bad if you need a quick meal someplace. Their double chocolatey chip frappuccino is delicious, I get iced teas often and sometimes even a warm vanilla cream in the winter. I will grab a protein box for longer travel and I like their brownies and cake pops. If you happen to be another countries check them out because they do have different things than your own country."
"This Starbucks was clean, good atmosphere, but there was a minor mistake with the size of the drinks, but they were nice enough to make a new drink. However one of the drinks was a Cinnamon Caramel Cream Cold Brew - there was no Caramel in it, we realized it after we left.on the road unfortunately."
