IHOP

"Today was the SECOND time that we had to walk out of this IHOP because once again they failed miserably. Upon entering the smell of an overflowed toilet punches you in the nose. A young man in a T-shirt and jeans handed us two menus and told us we could sit anywhere. So we chose a table and sat door and that was it, no other employee contact whatsoever. Only one waitress in a restaurant of this size does NOT work. This review is based on this happening, TWICE, THE EXACT SAME THING! A restaurant is rated on service and food. We received neither! Won't be going back. BRING BACK PERKINS."

"This place is totally unacceptable!! Customer friendly is definitely a negative!! The waitresses apparently had a problem because she seated us then a couple behind us, who received water silverware and then were able to place their order while we remained unserved for over 20min!! This place needs to be shut down due ignorance and rudeness from the greeter to the server!! One would call this place racist!!!!"

"IHOP used to be so good. Haven't been in many years. Tried it again and everything was mediocre. The service was great! Visually speaking the place could use a little help or at minimum a good scrubbing. They have a folded stack of napkins sitting under an uneven table leg. Come on, that looks nasty. Eggs - tasted like powdered. Hashbrowns - McDonald's is better. Bacon - good, but mostly burnt. Pancake - still really good."

"It was my first and last time when we arrived there was no one in front to attend then a guy arrived with his phone in his hand and he was texting and always on his phone and he told us that we will sit wherever we wanted while he was sending messages then I ordered a dish that has steak it was so hard it smelled bad then they gave me the waffle and it had an unbearable smell of egg i have been to other ihop and the food is great i came from 1 hour away and for this horrible meal afterwards i got nauseous"

"Went there for what I thought would of been a quick lunch. When I arrived there was a 5 min wait to clean off a table, after 20 minutes of waiting I got up to wash my hands. The bathroom smelt horrible and was dirty But hey it's a bathroom. Went back to sit down to wait. I look up and there's mold in the ac vent. So after 30 minutes of waiting we are greeted with I forgot you guys were here I'll seat you now. I was handed a dirty paper menu that appeared to be a place mat before. So 15 minutes later we get asked our drinks. 10 minutes later they came and we took are order. I noticed they had only one lady working the register and also waitressing. So while waiting for our food that took an hour to come out I stepped out for a phone call. I come back in sit down look up and there was mold growing on the ceiling. We finally get are food and everything was burnt. This place needs to close fix it's issues get some workers and try again. Since they have been there they are hardly open so I would of figured things would of gotten fixed. But 12 pm you have 1 lady working like come on."
