"I usually don't eat at IHOP but this location has always been a satisfying experience. The staff is always excellent the service is very good. Our waitress was very pleasant and professional she got our order's very quickly. She made sure we had our beverages refilled. Our food was delicious and came out quickly. I would say it was definitely outstanding for a IHOP. I would recommend it"

"Horrible service for a second time. Manager Angela Powell was confrontational over a $12 item that I never ordered. I don't know how this location obtained a safe serve certificate, as the server manually removed food from my plate and returned it to me. After waiting 30 minutes to pay my check, I was berated publicly by Angela Powell. The entire experience was humiliating by all accounts. Through deceit I was charged fully for my meal. However I still tipped my server $20 on $40 dollar check. The kid still has to eat.....Hopefully not there."

"Probably the worst ihop experience I have ever had. Our server Trinity completely botched my order. I had a simple order. Breakfast sampler, substitute ham for extra bacon. Instead I got charged $13 for the sampler and an extra $9 for bacon and sausage. Worst part was I didn’t even get bacon I was served turkey bacon. Absolutely insane. Apparently that’s how it has to be done on the POS but I don’t think that’s true, she was probably poorly trained by this location and didn’t understand the system. So due to this location poor training, I was charged an almost extra $10 for my entree. My response to trying to fix the bill was “well I can pay for it” no you shouldn’t pay for it. It’s a mistake just take it off the bill. Crazy. Great way to treat customers who are spending over $100 in your restaurant."

"Right now, there’s always a wait. I tried getting into 2 other IHOPs this weekend while on a 400 mile drive, this was the first one to have a reasonable wait of less than 15 minutes. For a Tuesday morning, there shouldn’t be a wait, but it’s understandable at this moment of time on June 22, 2021. With the pandemic restrictions lifted it would be a good idea for IHOP to post a sign somewhere explaining that they are still not seating their full capacity. To help you while you wait, they do have QR code’s stickered everywhere so you could view the menu. The staff seems to be struggling with the extra running between their tables that are seated far apart. Our server was not visible most of the time but when she was, she was quick to refill our drink orders, although she didn’t get my order correct. Overall, IHOP pricing and food is still reasonable for a restaurant chain."
