"I recently hosted a Happy Hour at Marina Grille on a Thursday night. We had 70 guests attend. There was plenty of room for our group within the main bar area, management did a great job directing guests where the event was, bartenders were able accommodate everyone quickly, and it was a beautiful setting overlooking the Shark River. I highly recommend!"

"Meh. This restaurant is just OK based on my experience. We ordered the New England clam chowder and while it tasted fresh, calling it warm is being generous, certainly not hot. The scallops were fresh, but were very plain. The lobster roll was also fresh, but again pretty much plain. I don’t think we will come back. Your mileage may vary."

"It's a pretty nice place on the bay in Belmar. I don't know if I came on an off day or what. Nothing seemed fresh as far as the food goes, drinks were good. Our appetizer came out...looked like it was sitting out for a while. My grilled chicken pesto sandwich came out barely warm and whoever prepped it literally put whole tomatoes on it. It fell apart and was very dry. I didn't even eat it, and when I told my waitress she was like..." ok, glad you enjoyed your food, would you like dessert?" WTH!! Oh well, I PAID for the horrible food and got out of there. Will not be going back."

"This was our first time visiting the Grille and it is definitely located in a beautiful area. Obviously, your goal would be to dine outside on the deck to look out on the water, however it is a 25-30 minute wait. Food was delicious, very happy with how they were able to accommodate to my allergy. I would have wished for our server to be a bit more attentive. It felt as if we were searching for her and it was a good 7/8 minutes before we located her in order to ask for something. My one and only complaint is the prices. Everything was entirely too expensive. The cocktails were super over priced for what looked like not a decent serving. If you are looking for an overpriced, yummy dinner with the possibility of a good seat on the deck, stop it here! Don’t know if we will be back, solely due to pricing."

"We ordered the Ricotta Toast as an appetizer, entrees Tuna Tower and Crab Cakes. All were amazing. Request the lower deck for the best water views. Friday night late August was busy but to be expected."
