B2 Bistro + Bar

"I think this place had a potential to be really great but unfortunately our first time here wasn't. We made a reservation and upon arrival the hostess, who was not so kind, told us we needed to wait at least 10 minutes. Finally we were seated and we ordered a winter salad and the roasted chicken. The room was so incredibly loud you could not hear your own conversation. The salad was excellent, however the roasted chicken came pink and raw. We called over the manager who proceeded to argue with us that the pink inside was the beet puree. I know not only for a fact that the knife I cut it with was clean, but also that restaurant 101 is not to force a customer to eat meat they think is undercooked..? We then waited 20 whole minutes for the chicken breast, everything else was eaten at that point and we had been at the restaurant for an entire hour. While they did take the chicken off the bill, it was really not a great experience. Definitely do better by your customers!"

"B2 Bistro in Red Bank has been a staple for my family. It’s got a casual atmosphere while serving good food. Their brick oven pizzas are really good. I have to rate their burger as being one of best in the area. The fries are great too. It’s impossible not to eat them all. They recently added sushi bar items too which gives a nice variety to their patrons. Other notable dishes are: polenta of the day, mussels, and the steak frites."

"We stopped in for dinner during happy hour and were not disappointed. We had the 2 for 1 burger special. The veggie burger was outstanding as was the dry aged burger. The fries were excellent. Our server was great, very friendly and offered some solid suggestions. They offer a great selection of draft beers, including local breweries. We sat in the bar area, which was a bit loud. There was more than adequate free parking in a lot across the street."

"OctoberFest has arrived at B2 Bistro!! The OctoberFest menu is not to be missed!! The schnitzel is so incredibly light and flavorful it can’t be given its due in words! Just try it!! The fall cocktail’s are another out of the park hit!!! All I can say is Apple Bottom Jeans! B2 just B there!!"

"Pretty good food for what it is. Full of flavor, but improvements can be made. The burger did not automatically come with cheese but used the blue cheese from the wings to compensate. I would’ve liked to order spicy Mayo and more cheese, but the waiters had to cross the street for small things that felt like a hassle. Besides that, everything was all alright. The pizza was okay, but too much broccoli rob taking it away from the pizza. The wings, lord the wings. These wings are one of the best we’ve had. If you can find a good wing spot, it makes up for the other parts! We got 5 drinks, 4 beers, and 1 cocktail(Mexico one). Bill was around $100. 3 stars as their outdoor seating is sloppy looking, the burger doesn’t come with cheese, the pizza was just alright, it felt like a chore to ask the waiter for something in addition to the meal, and the cocktail could have been better."
