"This is a experience like no other. This place was thought how and treated with care. Every detail was perfect. The atmosphere makes you feel like you are the guest of honor and the services reflects it. The menus and the food were created with care and love. This is a place you do not just eat at but you experience."
"Fantastic experience. Presentation was exceptional. The aged ribeye was trimmed and seared properly, tremendous flavor. Dressings and sauces were exceptional, in average upscale restaurants they are an afterthought. We shared four appetizers and there wasn’t a bad bite. Enjoyed cocktails at the bar before dinner."
"Incredible. Everything we ate was perfect. Yellowtail Crudo, Pappardelle, Ribeye, Bone In Short rib and toffee pudding with vanilla gelato. All melt in your mouth delicious. Sommelier was friendly and knowledgeable. Staff overall were 5 stars. Tastefully and beautifully decorated - homey."
"E&E offers a unique overall experience when compared to any other fine dining in Monmouth County. It is truly on another level. The ambiance, decor, service, and flavors were all completely top notch. The staff are all extremely friendly and noticeably go out of their way to make sure you are well taken care of, whether you're at the bar or upstairs in the dining room. They are ready to offer suggestions when asked and are knowledgeable about the plates and the way they're prepared. You can certainly feel that they are dedicated to your happiness and experience. The menu has plenty of options you won't easily find elsewhere. Everything we ordered had immense flavor, perfect seasoning, and palettable freshness. We ordered the beat salad, the focaccia bread, the filet mignon, and the pork shoulder pappardelle pasta, as well as the s'mores desert. The bread is a must. The accompanying butters are out of this world. Every plate is a delicious experience and we will certainly be going back to try other items on the menu. This restaurant is a MUST for any special occasion or peaceful evening with delicious food. Our server was Jackie and she was terrific and always smiling. Also after your dinner the cozy fire and lounge area next to the bar was a nice play to unwind and relax. Every detail throughout adds to a great experience."
"Ember & Eagle is an Elevated Steakhouse. The plating and the food are top notch. First you must get the freshly made focaccia bread. Tonight it was potato and onion focaccia served with black truffle butter and lemon herb butter. They had a fresh take on their Caesar salad. It was made with Baby Gem lettuce with a slice of prosciutto in the middle of the stack of lettuce. The pork chop was grilled to perfection as was the steak frites. And we ended the meal off with the dessert special, hazelnut tiramisu. I have to say it was to die for!! We also ordered the S’mores napoleon. Came out with a glass dome and Smokey haze. The show was cool but I preferred the tiramisu. I’d definitely go back and try other things on the menu."
