"HORRENDOUS experience. Visited this restaurant on 1/27/24.  Had the worst service I've ever had in my life.  Not one person working there cared about their jobs or their customer. 1.  The food was brought on in two trips 10 to 15 minutes apart.  When the server or bus boy arrived with the first order I asked him which omelet it was that he set down.  He said he didn't know but he'd find out.He never returned. 2.  10 minutes later we cut into the omelet to see which it was.  We had ordered two similar omelets.  We determined it was mine.  It was already cold. I waited another few minutes for the rest of the family's meals to be brought to the table. 3.  As soon as the rest of the meals were brought,and we began to eat, I asked for more butter.  The waitress said ok and that she would get it.  She returned 15 minutes later.  I told her I didn't need it any longer because it would not melt because the pancakes were now cold and the butter would not melt. 4.  They charged for items that were never brought to the table.  Example: the add on of peppers into my aunt's omelet.I had to point this out. 5.  My son ordered a French Toast Combo.  "Berry Mix"  When it arrived it was just strawberry.  I waited for the waitress to check in with us but I had to flag her down.  By the time she returned with the "Mixed Berries" in a bowl, he was done eating. 6.  The credit card machine was down.  I was not told this.  After 20 minutes I had to flag the waitress down again. Then she told me this.  I waited another 20 minutes.  During that time I asked the hostess, a bus boy and our waitress to ask the manager to come over.  He never did.  I was CERTAINLY NOT leaving the restaurant without signing my credit card slip and cancelling a line through tip - they had messed every single other thing up. I was not leaving the responsibility of my credit in their hands. I had no faith in their competence. I waited.  I waited.  I waited.  Finally, it came.  I drew a line through the tip and handed the waitress a tip over 20 percent.  I did not know how much of the problems were her fault.  However, she was a very crappy, inattentive waitress who did not care about her customer's experiences, obviously.  Not even a tiny bit. 7.  I saw the manager smiling and laughing with customers at two tables as I was leaving.  I waited for him to finish and then I was going to flag him down.  He disappeared into the kitchen.  I waited for five minutes and then left, never having spoken with him. The mushrooms in my cold omelet were surprisingly good.  I wondered what type of mushroom it was.  That is all of the positive I can offer. IHOP, do not contact me with words of apology, coupons or credits.  There is absolutely NOTHING you can do or say that will make me and any of my family return to this restaurant, or any other IHOP. "If I could give no stars. I would. Terrible service. I don’t even need to write a long paragraph. Just go experience yourself. It’s freezing in there. Service is slow, waiters are not trained well, foods cold , coffee wasn’t even hot. We had a large group of 9 and we were all unhappy and had 3 children. It was so cold that we all kept our winter coats in the entire time. I feel like when you go into an establishment, it should at least be warm enough to take your jacket off. Horrible service , the waiter didn’t come refill our drinks or checked it. We kept ex having to look for him. Overall, experience was not great. Also, Please don’t even reach out to give me a voucher because the service was so horrible. That I do not even want to come back."

"It's Ihop so the standards aren't too high ... But it sure was cold there. The table next to us left cause of how cold it was. I mean it was cold but whatever. Maybe the heat was broken. Spanish man who sat us and then took our order looked groggy and tired. He may have taken a nap between when he took the order and came back. It was awhile. Then a few employees were standing just out of sight cursing and laughing loudly. So that was unique. The tables were dirty around us and it wasn't busy at all. Coffee tasted strange and was room temp. I get it's hard to find workers but some standards would be nice to see . Went to redeem my pancoins from my recipe. It said already redeemed. I can only assume one of the employees got my redeem code. That's nice. Over all I am inspired to start cooking at home more often. The food was blah the atmosphere was blah and the service was blah. Just start staying home. It'll be better for your families health and society as a whole ."

"This place is too hot and steamy (you can't even open any windows!), they had NO SWEAT TEA, the waiter was miserable because he is working in a 95 degree hot house with little to no pancake-making experience in the kitchen. Our biscuit fell apart and there was too much stinky cheese. The cups were stained with dirty prints on the inside, and I'm pretty sure my napkin was used. THIS is why you get no customers besides old people. At least the fries were good."

"I would give a zero star if possible. No management on staff. Burnt scrambled eggs. Burnt chicken tenders. Burnt pancakes. Don't bother asking for a side of sauce. It won't come to the table. 1 hostess and 1 new waitress on a Saturday night at dinner time. The 2 staff on duty enjoy sitting at their own table eating candy and crackers. Warning side salad comes with about an entire red onion. More onion that lettuce. Non bussed tables. Flies landing on food as soon as it came out. Flies on "clean" tables."
