"I had Anchor appliances come out to service my refrigerator. After two weeks of waiting they decide to tell me that they can't fix it because another company worked on it prior which they knew from the very beginning so I don't know why they would take a job. If they did want to work on some thing that was worked on by another company. . Maybe they just wanted to get paid for not working because they didn't get paid for it but they did not help me at all resolve the issue."

"My husband and I just bought a new house and needed a washer, dryer, and fridge. Anchor had a great selection and everything went so smoothly. I love my purchases! I especially love my fridge; it’s big and has so much space inside. Everyone was very kind and helpful when we were picking out what we wanted. I didn’t feel as though I was being pressured like at other stores you go to and they answered all of my questions. It was quick and easy. All three appliances came in really fast. I highly recommend Anchor!"

"This could be the worst dealership I have ever worked with before. My wife and I went to the store to buy a washer/dryer set and explained to the salesman what we were looking for. While discussing what size machines we would need he started explaining to us that he thinks he needs to get a vasectomy because of all the kids and laundry he has. We thought this was very weird and inappropriate, but we decided to move forward to get the set. I was told it would be delivered in a few days, and once the order was complete the driver would give me an invoice and they requested a check then. On the morning of delivery I was told the washer is on backorder, and they can only deliver the dryer, the washer would be delivered two days later. When the delivery men installed the dryer they told me they will be back on Friday with the washer and they didn’t have an invoice with them. That afternoon I received a blistering email from Jeremiah asking why I wasn’t paying for the appliances. I made it very clear to him that he stated PAYMENT WAS DUE WHEN THE ORDER WAS COMPLETE, and I only received 50% of the order. When the washer was delivered two days later, the drivers gave me an invoice and I gave him a check in the full amount, which is what I was originally told to do. I emailed Jeremiah that I was very disturbed by his accusations, and that he was insinuating I was trying to get product for free. As a small business owner myself I am appreciative when people buy from other small businesses, and continue to do that myself. I told him I had seen the set in Home Depot when I was there picking up some odds and ends, but I wanted to shop with small business. He hurled all kinds of insults at me that I was only looking to get a cheaper set by shopping at his store, whereas if he took a moment to know his customers he would know that I don’t need to save a few bucks, supporting small business is my priority. I also told him I was about to refurbish my whole kitchen and he told me I should go to Home Depot for all the appliances. I have never heard anything like this before. I recommend all customers to continue buying from small local businesses, but stay away from Anchor Appliances. Based on reading their past reviews I can see I am not the only dissatisfied customer, and I fully expect to receive another snarky and unprofessional email in response. I am wondering if he is new there because all the terrible reviews are from within the last year. I can assure you I will be going to another local business for all my appliance needs."

"I can't say enough about my experience with Anchor Appliance. My next door neighbor shared with me that we would get a great, and she was right. Jeremiah was outstanding and the team that installed my set were in and out in no time. They will be getting more of my business in the future! Thanks again."
