"About 2 1/2 years ago I bought a fuel pressure gauge and sending unit from them. (They only have a one year warranty), it went out about 14 months after purchase, so I bought another one. I ended up having problems with that one approximately 3-4 months after I bought it. They sent me a new sending unit, that fixed the problem for maybe 2 months. The unit started screwing up again, the pressure gauge would peg at 100 psi and then sometimes it would only read 80 psi, sometimes 90 psi, then it would peg at 100 psi. So I called them, they wanted me to send them the fuel pressure sending unit to check it out. They said it would take them 10 days after receiving it to check it out. I told them that is not good enough because I cannot drive the car without this. I told them to send me a whole new unit (because it is under warranty) and I will send them back the other one that is not working, they told me they could not do that. So I told them to keep their junk. (now remember this is the 3rd failure with this fuel pressure gauge in 2 1/2 years) I will go buy some other company's products considering that 3 times in 2 1/2 years I have had failures with this company's product and they make it so difficult to get things done under warranty."

"I bought a 5 gauges. all the parts/kits to install them. the banjo bolt I got was incorrect. I was told what to order by them and it was wrong. they wouldn't help me out and make it right. Plus through my communications with them it is clear they aren't listening to what I was saying."

Just reading through and based on the fact there are only 9 reviews at the time of writing shows that it's almost exclusively the unhappy people leaving reviews resulting in a skewed rating on Google. You're always going to make some people unhappy in business"
