"I have not been happy coming here lately at all. I ask for my coffee to have a decent amount of cream so it can be light. Every time I have picked up my order lately it is always made wrong and ends up being on the dark side. Unfortunately I can’t go back and have them fix it because I got into a car accident. Prior to my accident I gave up on this location and was just going to the one on my way to work. I seriously don’t know how hard it is to follow what a customer orders !"

"Don't bother coming in as a walk-in customer because the employees exclusively focus on mobile orders, and walk-in customers get handled last. My (what tasted like) 3 day old bagel was toasted, left for a solid 3 minutes to sit there, and then only after I mentioned that my bagels been sitting there was it then smeared with a glob of cream cheese. It was sitting there because on a not-so-busy morning, there were only 3 employees working and there were tons of mobile orders. Mobile orders are, evidently, top priority, so having little staff leave walk-in customers waiting. There needs to be a better running system there. It's a disaster."

"Unfortunately, my experience at this location was very unpleasant. I visited this dunks for 3 days in a row and each day was worse than the last. They seem understaffed and untrained. Out of the 5 coffees I got there, they literally got none right. After I had asked for the correct changes every time, they took far too long to remake a simple coffee. I would understand if I got some crazy americano-frapaccino or something but I just tried getting 2 regulars, extra extra and one French vanilla extra extra. Somehow I ended up with a peppermint mocha, a caramel swirl, and other incorrect variations. I hope they were just having a bad week but I give this location 1 star. I hope you fare better!"

"This Dunkin location makes great drinks. They always taste good and seem to be consistent. They made the best Cookie Butter cold brew I’ve had at any location. It was delicious. Highly recommend this location if you like consistency!"
