"We used DeMarco's catering for my daughter's couples bridal shower barbecue. It was the weekend Ophelia came through and dropped buckets of rain and wind. That didn't matter, they set up a very cozy tent around the grill, and got the food cooking! Burgers, dogs, chicken and sausage with their homemade salads. Everyone commented on how delicious the food was! We've been going to Demarco's for many years, and their food is Always consistently delicious! Thank you for helping make the day a lot brighter!"
"Let me start off by saying Danny is the best when it comes to catering. Not the two that came late never contacted or called. Set up like they were clueless double stacked cold food. Left several trays out in sun. Which 4 salads 1 whole tray of chicken. Left raw burgers and hot dogs And bag of bread off to the side open. Which all went in trash!!! Was waiting to hear from someone and his answer was. Well I didn't charge you the 160.00 for the grill person and I can leave you 100.00 gift card at register. GRILL PERSON WAS CLUELESS!!!! AND WAY MORE THEN 100.00 OF FOOD WENT IN TRASH. Keep it apparently you need it more then me I will refund my daughter half since I told her to use the company because of Danny who is always on point and pleasant."
"De Marcos has the best food around, the food is fantastic, great value, and staff is very professional. Eugene De Marco goes above and beyond for his customers. If you need catering needs that is the place to go, every year I cater to NJSP Holmdel barracks letting them know I appreciate their service. They have told me the food was Fantastic and truly appreciated it. De Marcos has the best meats, cheeses, soups etc. So I highly recommend going to De Marcos for your needs and especially catering."
