"Faster to go to the nearby Target, park and go to that Starbucks than to ever use the drive thru at this one. Every single time there’s a real wait. Even when the line isn’t out to the parking lot and it takes a half hour (at least) to get your order. There was just one car sitting there, I sat there behind this lone car for 10 min before giving up, it was the only car in the drive thru and they were still sitting, seemingly waiting to order as I pulled back off onto 9. I hate negative reviews but damn it’s been years of this level of service and I would like to just use the drive thru and get a coffee and not need to take a half hour plus of my time to do it. But whatever I’m better off using this money on K Cups anyway."

"The location on Google is not correct This Starbucks storefront has moved further south down route 9 about a quarter mile. I'm not sure why they have not updated this in Google yet. Maybe it's because the management hasn't realized that the location is incorrect on Google. This location I give five stars. Outstanding customer service. Outstanding atmosphere. Very timely and accurate with orders. Plus they have a drive-thru which is fairly fast however it could be faster."

"This is my usual Starbucks and I’ve never had a problem! Yesterday (Black Friday) they were swamped and backed up! I want to commend the baristas because they were dealing with nasty customers on top of being busy! They handled it like pros."

"Worst Starbucks Ive ever been to. Been here 4 times and all 4 times have been a disaster of a visit. Don't bother asking for things to get warmed because they won't do it anyway. And when you ask at the window, they'll take their sweet time doing it (6-9 minutes). I ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch, and as you can see in the picture, got no crunch. Smh. The service at drive thru is horrible, just terrible. There's a Starbucks a little further down the road and 100% recommended that one better."
