"Been ordering from them for over 8 years. Yesterday myself and Co workers ordered my co worker just didn’t like her meal .. I called and explained that nothing was wrong with it she just didn’t like it and was told multiple times that it was a ME problem not a Them problem. Literally just wanted to place another order I ended up just hanging up on them after letting them know we will never order from them again and spread the word through my facility on what happened… great job on losing a ton of business For lack of customer service!!!"

"This place is super busy why ? because there no other Chinese food to choose from but this food is trash!!! The attitude of the workers trash!!!! How can you mess up rice? Chicken wings ? French fries basics?? If you disagree it’s because you eat out the trash enjoy!"

"Tried to place a delivery order, and then after being put on hold for 5 minutes, was told they do not deliver to Howell. My home is approximately 11 minutes and 4 miles from the restaurant. Absolutely a lazy run business. Will never eat here again."

"Ordered online. Had half the order delivered, the other half missing. Called to complain of missing items, and was accused of lying. The part of the order missing? Dumplings and pork fried rice. Then I was told in order to correct the order, I had to go to the restaurant. Obscenely terrible. This $10 argument cost these morons a customer for life, and probably thousands annually."
