"The coffee at this location consistently tastes like metal and it’s super nasty. Maybe the machines are eroding and need to be replaced?"
"I usually order via the drive -thru but today I went inside after waiting in line for 10 mins. I placed my order for a Latte and Kale and mushroom eggbites. 30 mins later when I finally got my food and took a bite I realized I was given bacon and I don't eat meat. Also, my Latte tasted sour. I went back in side and spoke with the manager Jessica. She was in the middle of helping me and then just turned her back to me to degrade and belittle one of her employees. I was so appalled that I ended up leaving with no refund or replacement, I just wanted to get OUT. Plus I was late to work due to this ordeal. I didn't want to speak with her so I called in the evening hoping to reach another manager, tried calling for an hour but the phone was off the hook. Needless to say this has made me appreciate the great customer service at Dunkin Donuts."
"I've had multiple disappointing experiences at this specific location. This time, I found myself in the drive-thru line, and the wait was excessively long. I was the third car in line and waited patiently for about 15 minutes without any progress. To expedite the process, I decided to place a mobile order while waiting, which I thought would speed things up once I reached the drive-thru speaker. However, I ended up waiting an additional 5 minutes without any improvement, prompting me to abandon the line and head inside to pick up my order. While I understand that the store may have been busy, what troubled me was the staff's demeanor. They appeared to be more engaged in laughter and playful antics rather than attending to the growing number of orders. As I observed the drive-thru window, I noticed another 5-minute delay before the car ahead of me received their order. I patiently watched as the baristas prepared approximately 7 or 8 drinks. When I saw one of them pick up oat milk, I assumed my order was next, but to my surprise, they called out a different name. Frustrated, I inquired about my order, but both baristas seemed indifferent and uninterested in assisting me. When I asked about my order's status, they simply asked for my name and, without checking the order queue, informed me that they didn't have my order. At this point, I was extremely irritated. I had spent nearly 30 minutes attempting to order just two drinks and left empty-handed. Unfortunately, I had to leave immediately due to time constraints, preventing me from addressing this issue with the manager in person. It's disheartening to have experienced such poor service repeatedly. The management should prioritize providing their staff with basic customer service training. A little bit of friendliness can have a substantial impact on improving the overall customer experience."
"I recently visited my local Starbucks, and while the coffee and pastries were as good as ever, I couldn't shake a feeling of intrigue. The staff here, while seemingly human, had an otherworldly aura about them that left me slightly suspicious. Their customer service was efficient, yet strangely robotic, and their smiles, though warm, didn't quite reach their eyes. The barista who took my order had an accent I couldn't quite place, and their name tag read "Zogar." Despite my suspicions, I have to admit that they made a mean latte. As I looked around the cafe, I noticed that all the employees had similarly unusual names and an uncanny ability to multitask with incredible precision. Maybe it's just my imagination running wild, but something about this Starbucks feels out of this world. I'll definitely be back for the coffee, but I can't help but wonder if there's more to this place than meets the eye."
"Just went into Starbucks, there was no line and it was not busy however, I was seen when they walked passed me But not acknowledged at all. Not a hi, are you ready to order, what can I get started for you, nothing. I waited 10 mins and nothing. An establishment like this needs a lot of help and training in their customer service skills and not just in how to make coffee. A simple, hi I will be right with you, goes a long way. It’s a shame, but I left with no food or drinks. Please focus on better customer service for your future customers."
