"We had a party for my granddaughter in the side room...it was freezing, no heat ever turned on!! We were given 3 small space heaters that gave out heat in very limited areas...unacceptable! The pizza , while good, became cold very quickly as a result of the coldness of the room. We couldn't even take our coats off ! Not sure I will ever go back...very poor customer service...couldn't even get coffee, as they coffee machines weren't working..."
"Great pizza. I love the $11 cheese pie special on Mondays. I thought economical pizza prices had disappeared forever after the pandemic. Good to know this pizza still values their customers enough to add an affordable pizza special for us people that are struggling to make ends meet in this economy. The lady who works the counter on Mondays is always so polite and friendly too!"
"If I could give this place 0 stars I would!! The meatballs were DISGUSTING and mushy!! When I called to try and get a refund the boss ARGUED with me saying he sells meatballs all the time and never gets a complaint. Since when does customer service mean argue with the customer?! Not to mention the chicken broccoli pasta I got had NO FLAVOR at all!! It was literally like they boiled everything and just put oil on it and put it in the container. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT TO EAT!!!"
