"Unfortunately, my recent experience with their business was extremely disappointing. From start to finish, it was evident that the company did not prioritize customer satisfaction. Firstly, their response time was incredibly slow, leaving me waiting for days before receiving any assistance. When I finally did get a response, the representative seemed disinterested and lacked basic knowledge about their own products/services. Moreover, their communication was inconsistent and confusing. I was given conflicting information multiple times, which led to further frustration and wasted time. It felt like they didn't take the time to understand my issue or provide a satisfactory resolution. To add to the frustration, the representatives I interacted with were unprofessional and lacked empathy. They seemed more interested in passing the blame rather than taking responsibility for the issues at hand. It was clear that they lacked proper training in customer service and did not possess the necessary skills to handle customer concerns effectively. Overall, my experience with their business was abysmal. It left me feeling undervalued as a customer and unwilling to continue doing business with them. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make significant improvements to their customer service department to avoid similar experiences for others in the future."

"Outstanding garage. I received a quote for a fairly routing engine part replacement from another garage. The price was astronomical so I knew I had to shop around. I called B&H and asked for Bobby after reading reviews with his name called out. He could't have been nicer. He gave me a quote for almost HALF of the other place, got my car in the next day and had the repair done by close of business. He said to personally call him with any issues or concerns. I can't recommend this shop highly enough and specifically Bobby. I'm glad knowing I now have a local garage I can actually trust."

"I have been coming to B&A ever since I moved to Jersey about 10 years ago. The owner, Bobby, has always taken great care of my car. My wife brings her to him as well. They can always fit you in when you have an emergency or if you just need an oil change. Bobby checked the warranty on my breaks and got me 2 free brake replacements. He's not trying to take advantage of you and has helped save me money over the years. Will continue to B&A. Great guys, fair and honest."
