"I wanted to Love this place even my mechanic recommended I go to German Auto to have my Cabrio convertible hood operating again. Three days after dropping it off, it's a broken line. The car sat there a week. I needed my car Ron was too busy couldn't get to it meanwhile full of dirt & bird poop my car was wedged in-between what looked like a junk yard parked in the back. All this time I thought he was fixing it. While washing the car I noticed a deep gash on the rear bumper that wasn't there when dropping off the car.☹️It's to a VW dealership I'll go for this repair. What a waste of my time, I have two VW's he could have had as customers, it's a shame.✌️"

"The sunroof in my Mercedes c300 was stuck tilted open due to some plastic pieces crumbling inside the track. In a panic, because it started to rain, I called German Automotive and Nick said to come right down. I did, and he was able to get the roof closed in a few minutes-in the pouring rain. Nick is honest and wow does he know German cars- other places I took it to wouldn't touch it. I'm amazed at how professional and helpful Nick was and recommend this shoppe to any German auto owner.
