Luigi's Pizza

"I had a party at climb zone . Not to familiar with howell area But I didn’t book a party room . After we went to Luigi’s for pizza about 25 of us . They were so accommodating. They made us feel like regulars . Didn't rush us out let us take our time order as we went . Even let us bring a cake in from the outside . Their food was delicious and fair priced . The GRANDMA PIE a must it was sooooooooo good . The crust was so crunchy and yummy and the sauce was on point . Everyone was raving about how Crispy the bottom of the pizza was like a 10 out of 10. I’m so happy with the food and service and location from climb zone . I would highly recommend it . Plan to grab a grandma slice next time I’m out that way ."

"Twice now I’ve ordered bacon cheese burgers and gotten burgers without cheese. I asked for them to deliver me some replacement burgers and the guy acted surprised that I would want them replaced and said “Well, I would have to send my delivery guy out to get the faulty burgers from you.” Ridiculous. Terrible customer service. I’m so disappointed. I used to love their food. They’ve gone downhill. The fries were barely cooked too. Never going back."

"Ordered 40 dollars in food for pickup online. Get to location for an employee to tell me they cancelled my order. And for me to contact slice for a refund. Very unprofessional to not reach out to customer to say hey we cancelled your order don't bother to come. That's like saying call the company I work for at 5:01 saying hey I need a tow and we say okay a truck is on its way and then 40 minutes go by your call and ask about your tow and we say oh well yeah we canceled that cuz we closed at 5:00... same concept...I support local businesses and I refuse to go back to this place."

"So disappointed with my experience. Luigi’s used to be a go to place for us but not anymore. You pay all this money for food and when you call because they get it wrong they berate you. Our sandwich’s were practically empty, “Buffalo wings” with no spice and Stromboli knots with no sauce! “You could spend $400 and we wouldn’t give out free stuff”, didn’t know that sauce with knots was asking for free stuff considering they have always given it. If you want pizza, wings or subs go down the street to Nonno’s where the people there will treat you like a human."

"Have ordered party platters every year and have always found the food great. However, this year, I was charged more money than what is posted on their website. When I spoke to the manager afterwards, he told me that prices had gone up but he had no control over what is posted on their site. So beware. Good food but you won’t know the accurate cost until you get the bill."
