"A friend bought a suit for over $400. When they altered it, no one measured arm length, and the suit sleeves were far too short. They implied that he, not the tailor, was at fault, and noted that the cuffs could only be adjusted by 1/2 inch. They then said that they "would not charge for this further alteration" as if it was not their responsibility. This is neither professional tailoring or good business. I would not recommend this place."
