"I took my car to BMW Dealership to have a full diagnostics ran on the car because it was starting slow , BMW certified mechanics told me the car needed a starter , I then took my car to Jose showing him what BMW recommended he said ok let me double check and confirmed it was the starter. Two weeks went by I stopped by to check on my car to find out my car isn't there and the work was being done at another shop. After a month of getting the run around I stopped in to check on my car and it's still not starting properly and Jose response was "I don't work on these kind of cars". This man is trying to charge me $900 plus for this job that I wasn't even originally quoted at that price. I'LL BE IN CONTACT WITH THE DIVISION OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS."
