"I was refused service when purchasing my breakfast with a $50 dollar bill. First time in my life refused service for paying with American money in America."

"Terrible experience. Two kids working there were total jerks. I own a business. I'd want to know if the people I hired acted like jerks. I asked one of the kids what his name was. After pausing for several seconds, as if to think of a name to give me, he said "Daniel". Then he laughed. I asked if there was a manager available to speak to? I was told "Daniel" was the manager. I asked in disbelief "you're the manager?" He said to me "bro, do I look like a manager?" I told him he must not care much about his job. He said he didn't because he was quitting soon anyway. The other kid laughed hysterically at his antics. Terrible experience. These two 16 year olds probably shouldn't he scheduled to work at the same time. They need adult supervision."

"When I walked in the staff didn't even acknowledge me for 5 minutes. I was the only customer there. Not even a 'Hello, I'll be right with you. We are a little backed up. I made sure I was visible. It was as if whoever was responsible for first contact with customers was silently saying "Get out and take your unwelcome money with you, AND DON'T COME BACK! So I did, and I won't. And this isn't the first time I've experienced this kind of contemptuous temperament at this location. Thanks for the backhanded motivation to eat healthier."

"Usually pretty quick in the mornings. Sometimes they take a little longer when they only have 2 people working, but there's lot much you can do about that. Only complaint is when they only lightly toast their bagels, so I don't get that nice crunch I want from a toasted bagel"
